Program #1 

Personal Fitness Training 

Custom nutrition, workouts, and accountability to help you take things to the next level. This is individualized programming with goal setting, weekly evaluations, and check-ins to keep you on track and moving forward.

Get ready for custom workouts on an interactive calendar, weekly progress check-in, daily communication & support, custom macronutrients, and access to weekly coaching calls.

 

 

 

Program #2 

Mindset Coaching 

We’ll work together to break through limitations and gain the skills to persuade, inspire and connect with others. And we’ll work to remove beliefs that are sabotaging you from true connection and discover the key to fulfillment in relationships.

This is a 3-phase approach: Mind, body, and soul. We’ll sit down weekly on a video call to go through some mental exercises and evaluate progress but you’ll also have access to a private accountability group to keep you focused and on the right track.
