    After 1 month of training with Shaun I have seen a satisfying amount of results, that I expected when I started training with him. My workouts have changed significantly, and my form in every muscle group that I work has also gotten better. Shaun implemented a lot of great habits into my form that has me lifting heavier, while I am at a fatigue stage in my workouts. My goal was to drop fat and gain muscle, and after 1 month I am down 8 pounds, burning a good amount of fat and, my muscles are going into its frame. Shaun has amazing tricks and techniques during his training that changed my whole knowledge on weight lifting and gaining the body that I want.
